Former MP would like Marijuana convictions expunged

Former MP Hamilton Lashley is happy with the announcement by Attorney General Dale Marshall that cabinet has approved the drafting of legislation to allow members of the Rastafarian community to use cannabis for religious purposes.

He however implored that authorities should expunge marijuana convictions of members who were caught using the drug for medical and religious purposes.
