Four vehicle smashup at Sunbury Road St. Phillip

Four vehicles were involved in a serious collision this mornig Monday, 3rd February 2020 at the intersection of Mangrove Road, Sunbury Road St. Phillip. Which resulted in serious injuries.

Police received a report of a four vehicle collision which occurred about 7:50 am on Monday, 3rd February, 220 at the intersection of Mangrove Road, Sunbury Road and Market Road St. Phillip.

Vehicle#1 - P8001 a green Suzuki Swift owned and driven by Tia Tull, 23 years of Church Village, St. Philip. She complained of chest pains and injuries to her right foot. Front seat passenger Colvin Brewster of Chapel #7 Church Village, St. Philip was unresponsive, both left by ambulance for the Queens Elizabeth Hospital.

Vehicle#2- H2854 a red and white Kia Picanto, the driver was thrown from the vehicle. He was unable to state his name due to his injuries and was taken away by ambulance for medical attention.

Vehicle#3- PA3472 a blue Suzuki Swift owned and driven by Mohammed Jaghu, 61 years of Lot #18 West Avenue Gemswick, St. Philip.

The fourth vehicle involved was SA1882 a silver grey Toyota Starlet driven by Brian Carty, 36 years of Church Hill, Christ Church.

Police have cordoned off the scene and are regulating traffic. Investigations are ongoing.
