Scotiabank will remain in Barbados

Scotiabank will continue to do business in Barbados, even though the Canadian based bank sold off its business in seven other Caribbean markets.

The announcement was made by Senior vice-president, of international banking, Brendan King, Tuesday evening during a Scotiabank cocktail reception at the Sandy Lane Country Club.

He took the time address the issue of high bank fees, noting that customers had the imperium to reduce the impact of fees, by utalising ATMs more and Online Services.
